[Bug] Need changes to 'Enable account' (enable-account) authorization section

There is a documentation error in the authorization section of https://developer.sailpoint.com/docs/api/v2025/enable-account/

User level should have both ORG_ADMIN and HELPDESK

Scope should be idn:account-provisioning:write (NOT idn:accounts-state:manage).
