[Bug] Menubar popup isn't focused when it opens

Hi! Just happens always. I haven't had it focused once :/

Ok. I found that it focuses only when there are notifications that are displayed. Whenever there are no notifications, then it doesn't focus.

Edit: Not all notifications... perhaps only ones where you can reply?
