[Bug] App mirroring doesn't open the first time

Describe the bug
Every time i try to mirror a specific app, it launches scrcpy, but shows no window. If i try to mirror the app again, it works

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on an app on the apps list in AirSync
2. Scrcpy launches
3. Click again on the same app
4. Second instance of scrcpy launches, this one has a window and is usable

Expected behavior
The first time i click to launch the app should show a window

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: 26.4
• App Version 3.0.0
• Device: iMac M4

Can you see if they launch fine if the phone's screen is on? I think this might be a known issue with scrcpy but if so, I might be able to find a workaround

Just tested it, even with the screen open it does not work the first time

Does the scrcpy icon show up on dock and stay there?

Also may I know what your Android device is?

For each launch, there's another scrcpy icon. They act like individual apps, which means I can quit one and the other keeps running

When one instance of scrcpy is open, quit it using ⌘Q and then see if it keep happening. if so, that's probably something related to your Android OS. Check the ADB logs in the mac app settings to see if there's anything strange.

Quitting them before launching another one actually made it so i need to do 3 launches before it works-but that could just be a coincidence

That being said, i indeed did get some interesting stuff on the logs:

So I see some little differences with my logs... Just to confirm, your regular mirroring session works just fine right?

And to see if this is caused by scrcpy, can you run the command in terminal and see if that works?

scrcpy --video-bit-rate=4M --video-codec=h265 --max-size=1200 --no-power-on --tcpip=10.124.154.118:5555 --new-display=900x2100 --start-app=com.instagram.android --no-vd-system-decorations

the same command that runs in the app (change IP if needed)

Also can opt the network part if you test with USB.

That would be, run the command, quit the scrcpy instance from the dock, run the command again

Sorry the studies got quite a bit busy these days.

It seems like your device might be having some weird issues. Probably with scrcpy or adb. Can you try re-installing scrcpy via homebrew? And try looking into the scrcpy github issues to see if there's any similar issues too.
