[Bug]: Revoking permissions are not handled and crashes the app #483

Bug Description

I just installed essentials and was messing with the various settings. I now have the following persistent notification

Image

Which (correct me if I'm wrong) seems related to shut up service (which is still disabled as I have not granted secure setting permission via adb)

To remove it I thought of simply revoking the app usage permission to essentials however when I did that the app crashed and when I went to re open it it simply does not (loop crash on start up)

Steps to Reproduce

Enable app usage permission
(cannot pinpoint the specific setting I've enable that's messing things up and posting that notification)
Disable app usage permission from app info

Expected Behavior

I should be able to remove that persistent notification (or even better know which setting it relates to)
Also the app should not crash for a missing permission but show a pop up warning to re enable the setting if needed
