[Bug]: Shut-up app exit timer issues

Problem Statement

Some apps take a while to load. And shut up features gets returned fast. Due to that the shut up actually fails.

Proposed Solution

So it would be nice to have a feature to make the features only return once the app closes. Or better one a timer. Like 10s, 20s or something so only after that seconds the features get returned.

So a loop hole I found is that. Use the shortcut 2 times. 1st time after the app haven't fully loaded click home mid load and use the shut up shortcut again. (can provide a screen recording if needed)

There is a default 10 second timer but I might have misconfigured it as seems to only work fi the app was frozen already... But there is an app detection applied so it only restores the changes once the app gets closed.

But, the issue here is that ... These apps are made very weirdly... so some of them launches in a way that it does not advertise the current app correctly... It's a bit hard to explain... It's like when you launch the app, it opens and then while the loading animation ends and when opening the actual activity, it reports not as the app being active so Essentials sees as the user left the app already... Then it returns the changes...

There's also an Android bug that's still not being fixed which is inside any app, if you just tap the gesture bar without even triggering a gesture, then Android sees as you left the app and now the SystemUI is active... I hate this bug as I initially discovered when building the dynamic night light feature where it suddenly re-enabled night light... AFIK, there's nothing we can do from our side to fix it... but let's see if there's any improvements...

Yeah exactly. It shows the shut up features returned toast even when we are still within the app. That's why I've to use the shortcut multiple times.
