Bug Description
When having the nav bar hidden and only show on home page/ launcher, when viewing video on YouTube, when swiped up, doesn't go to home / launch PiP
Steps to Reproduce
1 Enable Hidden Navbar Option
Essentials App
Open the Essentials app, navigate to the navigation bar customizer features, and enable the setting to hide the navigation bar globally (except on the home screen/launcher).
2 Launch YouTube & Play Video
Third-Party App
Open the YouTube app and start playing any video. Ensure Picture-in-Picture (PiP) is enabled in your system/YouTube settings.
3 Swipe Up to Exit
User Action
While the video is actively playing (in portrait or fullscreen landscape), perform the standard system "swipe up" gesture from the bottom of the screen to return home
Expected Behavior
The gesture should pass through or be intercepted correctly by the OS, causing the YouTube app to shrink into PiP mode and returning the user to the launcher (where the navbar becomes visible again aka home screen/ launcher).
