I'm using Zen Internet for the ability to make backgrounds transparent which it does great but a lot of sites also have random other changes
turning on "Disable Hover Effects" and "Keep Footers" does a little bit to help but not nearly as much as I would wish, especially once I go to a site like YouTube with a very large list of tweaks some that feel a bit arbitrary

While I could go and just turn off these additional features for each and every site it would be nice to just have an option that disables anything that isn't just the transparency options (and compatibility options like darkreader) by default and let me enable them if wanted later
