The animation when scrolling down or up looks weird (look at the video)

1. open extention
2. scroll
3. look at the top

Expected behavior

for the animation to be good

Actual behavior

The reload icon and text go to the left for some reason

probably happening because the display: none does not animate. I guess may need to keep items visible but scale at 0 to animate properly, not sure in that case
