Subject: [PATCH] license: fill the entangled-core LICENSE-APACHE copyright
 line

The crate-level LICENSE-APACHE copyright was still the unfilled
placeholder; set it to Raffaele Mangiacasale to match the root and the
rest of the project. No code or license-terms change.
