Implement GLDF format support?

I already plan support for IES / LDT files, which are very similar and ubiquitous. Is it possible that we may need to support Global Lighting Data Format (GLDF) at some point? It may be worth investigating the feasibility of this.

This might be done on some different levels.
Basically the GLDF Container contain the EulumDat or IESNA files,
so to extract those out of the GLDF to be used in lidrs, would be quite straight forward.
Additionally and that's the main point:
The GLDF may reference to some ldc, but overrides the ldc on various topics.
E.G. reusing the the ldt, for variants of a luminaire, who only differ in light-colour, lumen flux, etc.
I forked lidrs and hope to find some time to help on this.
For Eulumdat i hav some experience, so to hand out the accordingly (to the specific variant) patched Eulumdat file,
would not be the problem.
For the IESNA part, maybe it is possible, to abuse the lidrs to export it to eulumdat format and do the patch there.
Even best of course it would be to directly apply the needed changes to the PhotometricWeb implementation.

Thanks very much for your help, @holg! If you can find some time to help on this it would be much appreciated, as I appreciated you have far more experience with this than I do. If there's anything I can implement that would help with this, don't hesitate to let me know.

Also, just as a note, I have generalised the PhotometricWeb implementation to support non-evenly spaced planes, so you may want to fetch to get the latest changes.

I did do some efforts nevertheless, and will do some merge request some later,
still not sure how to integrate best:

so far is the roughly done GLDF processing.
To take full advantage as said before, it would make sense to directly integrate it into lidrs,
so in the PhotWeb we could read in some ldc file and according to others references, override some
key values.
