Update ToContainingTypeDeclarations/ClosingBraces documentation in READMEs.
(Temporarily disabled as AI agent uses it unexpectedly. Need to rename method or add detailed use case document)

• Designed for very specific use case: Transferring declaration to another namespace/type hierarchy.
• It generates intermediate type hiearachy declaration. e.g. For My.Namespace.OuterClass.OneAnother.TargetClass, generates type declaration of OuterClass and OneAnother.
• This method basically returns empty string. AI should not use it unless explicitly requested.
