Preset URL using LOCALHOST as default

thank you very much for this project!
I noticed a problem while setting up new presets.
The URL uses "LOCALHOST" instead of the IP address where Docker is running.
As soon as I change the URL manually, the radio stream works perfectly.

Source: LOCAL_INTERNET_RADIO Location: http://localhost:7777/core02/svc-bmx-adapter-orion/prod/orion/station?data=eyJzdHJlYW1VcmwiOiAiaHR0cDovL3N0cmVhbS5zdW5zaGluZS1saXZlLmRlL2xpdmUvbXAzLTE5MiIsICJuYW1lIjogIlN1bnNoaW5lIExpdmUiLCAiaW1hZ2VVcmwiOiAiIn0=

May be you can modify this as preset or extract it from "OCT_HOST" env variable.

Hello oh-gh,

I didn't expect anyone could use this now as it still isn't perfekt working and still some features are missing. But I hope you enjoy it and don't hesitate to tell you friends and family about this project. The next update is already in the pipeline with slightly better ui and more features. I am still on vacation and will have a look at your reported issue when I am back home. Thank you so far for being my first beta tester and for opening this issue.
