This application requires cake framework version 3.9 ("php": ">=5.6.0,<8.0.0"),which is not compatible with recent PHP versions

The applications needs to be upgrade to use cake 4.x ("php": ">=7.4.0,<9"), or 5.x ("php": ">=8.2")

The main issue is that you use "composer.lock"

This file needs to be refreshed (or deleted)

I also recommend using the platform setting, so you can run "composer install" (to create the composer.lock) with any version
