Welcome to AgentSuiteLocal Discussions.

The 30-second mental model

You give an agent a goal in one sentence. It walks five stages — intake → extract → spec → execute → QA — and writes a folder of markdown artifacts to your disk. You review them. If you approve, those artifacts get promoted into the _kernel/ folder and become canonical context for every future run on that project.

That's it. Everything else is a UI on top of that loop.

Typical first session

1. Run the installer (walks you through Ollama setup, model download, smoke test)
2. Open the Agents view, click Founder
3. Write one sentence: what you're building and for whom
4. Hit Start run — pipeline takes ~14 minutes on Balanced tier
5. Review artifacts in the Approval Gate
6. Approve what's good → it goes into the kernel
7. Next run (Design, Product, etc.) inherits the kernel automatically
