Pouch DB not working in android

Hi, Pouch DB is working fine in iOS device but not working in Android (Samsung Device).

I just tested on Windows 10 with Android (no matter the version) , Node 16 installed , and no "D" !!(hopefully) - last 0.70 release of RN...

I follow the dev instructions https://github.com/seigel/pouchdb-react-native#development

I can help to test a more uptodate version but please avoid the automatic install on "D..." I do not like that .
