While our repo follows the similar source code in place style as the quartz library, but one major limitation is that we do not have a clean update cli. Right now the agent update route is just mostly agent work -- agent needs to figure out what's changed etc. but this is not robust enough and agent may miss things. Perhaps we should have a more robust cli as a starting point? Also maybe we can find some inspirations from quartz update.
