Display denomination number on the pre-match page #18

Describe the bug
The pre-match page displays the coach's leadership, though without the denomination number.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to "Senior team > Matches".
- Click on a match that hasn't started yet.
Expected behavior
The player's leadership contains the denomination number, e.g. solid (7/8) leadership.
Actual behavior
The player's leadership doesn't show the denomination number, e.g. solid leadership.
