PayPal Giving Fund #2
Description
PayPal Giving Fund requires the organization be a 501(c)(3). For now, I'm leaving the link to the ES donation page as a placeholder. If the site goes live before the PayPal Giving Fund is set up, I'll temporarily remove that section.
