Fixes\n- DocumentController@update validation syntax (closing parenthesis) causing parse error on PHP 8.2.\n\nDashboards for all roles\n- New common overview partial with:\n - Quick actions (Upload Document, Create Risk)\n - Document counts by visibility (Public/Publish/Private) & total\n - Pending approvals (Documents & Risks) for current user\n - Recent Documents & Risks lists\n- Applied to admin, manager, compliance officer, auditor, and user dashboards.\n\nNotes\n- No breaking changes.\n- Requires migrations from previous PR (risk + document fields).\n- After pulling: php artisan optimize:clear; php artisan migrate.\n
