fix(commands): add missing mock files for query tests

Generated mock files for AIService and ConfigService interfaces to fix query_test.go compilation and execution. These mocks are required for the test suite to run successfully. Co-authored-by: Le He <AnnatarHe@users.noreply.github.com>
