Adding daemon reinstall command

Successfully implemented the daemon reinstall command as requested!

Todo List:

• Read existing daemon command structure
• Implement the reinstall command
• Test the implementation
• Commit and push changes

What was implemented:

✅ Created daemon.reinstall.go (commands/daemon.reinstall.go:1) with:

• New DaemonReinstallCommand that provides "reinstall" subcommand
• commandDaemonReinstall() function that calls uninstall followed by install
• Proper error handling and user feedback with colored output

✅ Updated daemon.go (commands/daemon.go:11) to include the new DaemonReinstallCommand in the subcommands list

The command will:

1. Display a reinstallation start message
2. Call the existing uninstall command function
3. Call the existing install command function
4. Display a success message

Note: There are existing build errors in the AI service module that are unrelated to this implementation and were present before the changes.
