Limit number of stylecop files/warnings processed #1
Description
In order not to knock down the server when there are a lot of violations, add possibility to limit displayed number of violations per file and number of files on the stylecop report.
For some reason stylecop (4.7) processes all warnings even though it has MaxViolationCount set.
Add info to header about it.
