Distinguish half classes

Certain classes in 21M count as half of a HASS-A class. These are currently set via FireRoad override to be listed as HASS-A classes with is_half_class set to true:

These show on Hydrant like any other HASS-A class. We should read the is_half_class field and display something more informative if it is set to true.
