Add to pygments repo

I like what you are doing here! Thank you for keeping the julia lexer up to date.

I am a heavy users of Overleaf.
I am assembling a book on Overleaf.
I cannot use literate programming documents like you are with PythonTeX
but I can do everything else that I need to do.
However, Overleaf has just the standard the lexers.

Why not add this julia1 and jcon1 to the main pygments repo for the benefit of all LaTeX and Julia users?

Sounds good to me. Feel free to take whatever you want from this repo and submit as a PR to the main pygments. There is this issue that someone filed already on pygments: pygments/pygments#1193
