The CSOdata2SM.ipynb notebook imports a Depth2SWE module. I think I remember seeing that library somewhere a few weeks ago, but I couldn't find it in https://github.com/snowmodel-tools. Where is it?
It would probably help to add information about it on the README.md file, and maybe also add a conda environment.yml file. But the README information would be the most useful bit and the easiest to do.
