Define position of the header buttons #54
Description
Story:
As a visitor, I want to see all the header buttons placed in their positions, so that if I minimize the page they don't cross each other.
Goal:
- setup header buttons for blog, bookmark and about, so they will not cross each other
- use css to make their position unchanging
