Pushing CoT to WinTAK

Hello,
I am trying to use your code to push a CoT track to WinTAK. I installed a network sniffer on the receiving computer and I see the packet from the sender but nothing is created in WinTAK. Is there something special that I need to do to make this work on WinTAK/
