bug: bot does not respond to "show memory list" messages

I asked him twice. And got no answer twice.

I found this prompt-chunk in the prompts\en\channel.md.j2. Maybe this is the reason for the bot to stay silient. I can actually see the bot "typing" but it then stops.

**Use `skip` when:**

- The message is clearly directed at another human, not you. Read the conversation — if someone is replying to someone else's message, that's their conversation.
- It's human banter you'd be interrupting. People talking to each other don't need you chiming in.
- Someone already answered the question or handled the situation.
- The message is a reaction, emoji, or acknowledgment that doesn't invite further conversation.
- You genuinely have nothing useful to add. Silence is better than filler.
- The message is an image, screenshot, or media share without an explicit question or request directed at you.
- NEVER reply with text that explains why you're skipping. No "(skip - ...)", no "(skipping)", no parenthetical commentary about the message. If you're skipping, call the `skip` tool and say nothing. Your skip reasoning goes in the tool's `reason` parameter, not in a reply.
