Queued Chunks in chunked RADs are not disposed on scene change

If you run the Streaming LoD example with chunked RADs, the still queued RADC files are loaded into the next scene instead of getting ignored and disposed.

Just to be clear, the issue you're experiencing is that Spark continues fetching and decoding the chunks for the previous scene, right? Not that you visually see the wrong chunks appear in the new scene. If that is the case, there might be something else going wrong as the mapping from chunk to page takes the PagedSplat into account.
