Hi, I’m Paul.

I build at the intersection of healthcare, research, software, data review, and electronics.

My background is not limited to coding. I have contributed to published scientific work, spoken publicly on better breathing at the Drayson Center in Loma Linda, and spent time thinking through real-world problems where clarity, accuracy, and usability matter.

That perspective shapes the projects I build today.

What I work on

I create practical open-source systems such as:

  • Android applications
  • Waveform and signal-oriented tools
  • Recorder and audio workflow utilities
  • Rapid-entry data systems
  • Validation-driven workflow engines
  • Electronics and device experiments
  • Research-oriented automation and analysis tools

A lot of my work starts the same way:

A real workflow has friction.
A real system needs structure.
A useful tool should reduce noise and improve control.

Why this work matters to me

I am interested in tools that do more than exist technically.

I care about systems that are:

  • usable
  • structured
  • repeatable
  • interpretable
  • practical under real-world constraints

That mindset comes from more than programming. It comes from exposure to healthcare, scientific work, public education, and hands-on building.

I like creating tools that bridge:

  • science and software
  • research and deployment
  • waveforms and interpretation
  • electronics and experimentation
  • real problems and working solutions

What makes this work mine

My work is shaped by a mix of experiences that do not usually appear together:

  • published scientific contribution
  • healthcare-oriented thinking
  • public speaking on breathing and physiology
  • data review and structured analysis
  • software engineering
  • electronics and device building

That combination affects how I design systems.

I tend to focus on:

  • clear behavioral structure
  • workflow-driven design
  • validation and interpretability
  • practical experimentation
  • direct usefulness over abstraction for its own sake

What sponsorship supports

Your sponsorship helps me continue building and refining:

  • new Android releases
  • open-source utilities
  • waveform and analysis tools
  • workflow systems
  • electronics prototypes
  • documentation
  • research-adjacent tooling
  • long-term independent development

Even small support helps move the next project forward.

Why sponsor me

If you sponsor my work, you are supporting someone who is trying to turn a broad mix of experience into useful tools:

healthcare insight
research discipline
public education
engineering practice
open-source software

I am interested in building things that are not just functional, but meaningfully useful.

Thank you for your support.
