[aot repositories] align position of code lens with method declaration or annotation, not above the javadoc

At the moment, the code lenses for aot repositories show up above the javadoc of the method (whereas the "explain with" codlins for a query annotation shows up right above the annotation). It would be better to show the aot repositories code lenses above the method declaration or annotations instead of the javadoc, I think.
