if you click button [try it ], the div > id pageGuideMessage will display :none;

I have no idea what you are saying. I tried clicking the "Try It!" buttons on http://sprintly.github.io/jquery.pageguide/ and they seem to work (in Chrome/Webkit). I don't doubt that there are bugs, but I don't even know where to start with this. Some things you might consider:

• taking a deep breath
• complete sentences
• providing your environment settings (browser, OS, etc.)
• setting the stage (WTF are you looking at?)
• providing step-by-step directions to repeat the problem

      The div  pageGuideMessage disappear!

I know when you click button [Try it] ,this will execute $.pageguide('load', simpleGuide).open();

but when you load a new guide, the pageGuideMessage will show new guide message!
