MCPs and Plugins not available in Claude Desktop

Users are reporting that the ability to configure and use MCPs and Plugins in the Claude Desktop application is blocked by policy. We need to take a look at how the default 3P settings are configured by maximal and adjust them to allow users to use MCPs and Plugins. Bug report was in v0.4.35
