kubectl plugin implementation and distribution

we think the easiest way installing and using that tool use with as a kubectl plugin.

we can share ntop with a kubectl plugin we should find a way releasing our tool with a kubectl plugin.

Krew plugin support should added 0.3.0 milestone. It will be our main package distribution way for general use.
