Feature request: configurable minimum seeder/leecher threshold for auto-stop

Hello,

I would like to suggest an improvement regarding torrent management.

Currently, it is possible to automatically stop a torrent when there are no seeders or no leechers. However, it could be very useful to go further by adding an option to define a minimum number of seeders and/or leechers required to keep a torrent active.

For example, similar to existing settings such as "max upload", "max download", or "seed time", it would be very helpful to be able to configure :

• a minimum number of seeders
• and/or a minimum number of leechers

Below this threshold, the torrent could then be automatically stopped.

This would allow more precise and automated torrent management based on actual activity.
