{0} is not expanded in Open Shell Command in Preferences

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. goto Preferences, Tarlog
2. Input "cmd /c start C:\Programme\Far\Far.exe {0}" into Open Shell Command
3. OK
4. Run "Open Shell"
5. Custom shell will be open somewhere, but not in selected folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Placeholder {0} should work as in "Open Explorer Command"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tarlog 1.4.1
