How to change the zoom in & zoom out by (Ctrl _-) & (Ctrl +=)?

Hi, the plugins works on my Win7 x64 but I am familiar with using (Ctrl _-) & (Ctrl +=) instead of the Ctrl - and Ctrl + by the number keypad. Is there any solution to achieve that? Thanks!
