Add quotes, proverbs, youtube, books sections in the collections

• Create a link in nav called collections
• Have proverbs, youtube, books and quotes pages where my personal favs will go. This can be long length page
• fix the text size for the dropdown
• see from tailwind website how images are loaded for next/image and use for the home image
