Subject: [PATCH] Update FAQ with comprehensive content and improved design

Reorganize the FAQ into categorized sections (General, Features,
Limitations, Privacy & Security, Self-Hosting) with section headers.
Add new entries covering how the tool works, anonymization scope,
pull request support, conference IDs, expiration strategies, download
support, and the CLI tool. Fix typos, improve wording, and add a
help callout at the bottom.
