tl.lua gets fetched by Fengari twice?

Hi @daurnimator — this issue is really not important but I'm pinging you just in case there's an obvious/simple solution.

This repo hosts the files for teal-language.org; when loading the page with the Firefox Dev Tools' Network monitor, I see tl.lua being fetched twice by fengari-web.js. Do you know why that would be? My loader logic is at teal.js which is a small script loaded by index.html after loading fengari-web.js.

Any hints welcome, but no rush! Thanks!

Quick dianosis/hints:

Looking at the stack trace I see that both requests seem to be coming from inside the same require function; but a different intermediate frame.
That leads me to that there's potentially multiple loaders being attempted/multiple entries in package.path where the first one failed?

Or alternatetively, you're just loading twice and it's not getting saved in package.loaded for some reason. Maybe chuck a print straight after the require and see what package.loaded is+where it happens in the console/trace.

Other note: use and make note of async on your custom <script> blocks! Synchronous script tags are bad! Also there's other script tag features you may want to make use of.
