Rekisteri on koostettu TeamFluent Oy:n asiakastiedoista, yleisesti saatavilla olevista internet-lähteistä, asiakkailta kaupallisten projektien yhteydessä saaduista tiedoista sekä mahdollisista muista julkisista lähteistä. Tieto lisätään rekisteriin myös asiakkaan asioidessa TeamFluent Oy:n kanssa mukaan lukien myös internetsivuilla vierailtaessa. Henkilötietoja voidaan kerätä ja päivittää myös kaupallisten asiakastietojärjestelmien tietokannoista.

Henkilötiedot säilytetään luottamuksellisesti asiakastietojärjestelemässä. Käyttöoikeudet järjestelmään annetaan vain sellaisille työntekijöille, jotka tarvitsevat näitä tietoja työtehtäviensä hoitamiseksi. Rekisterinpitäjän ja sen mahdollisten tietotekniikkakumppanien tietoverkko ja laitteisto, jolla rekisteri sijaitsee, on suojattu palomuurilla ja muilla tarvittavilla teknisillä toimenpiteillä.

HENKILÖTIETOJEN SÄILYTYSAIKA

Henkilötietoja säilytetään niin kauan kuin henkilötiedon käyttötarkoituksen vuoksi on tarpeellista, kuten asiakassuhteen ajan. Tietojen säilyttämisen tarpeellisuutta arvioidaan säännöllisesti olemassa oleva lainsäädäntö huomioon ottaen.

TARKASTUS- JA KIELTO-OIKEUS

Rekisteröidyllä henkilöllä on oikeus tarkastaa, mitä henkilötietoja hänestä on rekisteriin tallennettu. Tarkastuspyyntö tulee lähettää kirjallisena rekisteriasioita hoitavalle yhteyshenkilölle. Henkilön on näissä yhteyksissä todennettava henkilöllisyytensä.

Henkilöllä on oikeus kieltää häntä koskevien tietojen käsittely suoramarkkinointia varten ottamalla kirjallisesti yhteyttä rekisterinpitäjän yhteyshenkilöön. Rekisteröidyllä on myös oikeus vaatia häntä koskevan virheellisen, puutteellisen tai vanhentuneen henkilötiedon oikaisemista. Rekisterinpitäjä on velvollinen oikaisemaan nämä tiedot mahdollisimman pian. Oikaisupyyntö tulee esittää kirjallisesti rekisterinpitäjälle.

This is a personal data file description and has been drafted in accordance with the EU GDPR. All collected information is stored in a customer registry. This document details what information is stored and how it is stored, how customer information is collected and for what purpose, and the rights of the person to check and correct stored personal information as well as the rights to prohibit the usage of the information.  This document serves the same purpose as a Privacy Policy.

  <li>Development of customer service and business operations</li>
  <li>Marketing</li>
  <li>Analysis and statistics</li>
  <li>Personal information will be handled in accordance with the GDPR.</li>

REGISTRY INFORMATION
    </h2>

    <p>
We only collect information that is needed to fulfill our contracts with our clients and to maintain customer relationships. We do not perform any customer profiling based on the personal data. The customer registry may contain the following information:

  <li>Contact information, such as name, address, phone number, and email address.</li>
  <li>Registry information such as username and password and other similar information</li>
  <li>Customer information, such as invoicing and payment information, product and order history, customer feedback, and similar information.</li>
  <li>Information given by the client regarding interests in products.</li>
  <li>Permits and consents</li>
  <li>Other information collected with the customer’s consent.</li>
</ul>

DATA SOURCES
    </h2>

Personal information can be collected from:

  <li>From the client via phone, email or other communication</li>
  <li>Via cookies and similar technologies</li>
  <li>Via public and private registries, such as the Robinson registry maintained by the Finnish Direct Marketing Association.</li>
</ul>

DISCLOSURE OF DATA AND TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU OR THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA

Name and contact information may be used for marketing purposes as defined in the GDPR. Information will not be disclosed to third parties or outside the EU or the European Economic Area without customer’s consent or based on legal grounds.

PERSONAL RIGHTS

  Right to view and correct personal information
</h3>

<p>
Persons added to the registry have a right to view any personal information that has been stored in the registry. Contacts regarding viewing personal information must be made in writing and sent to the address defined in section 1 of this document. If the collected information contains mistakes, a request for correction may be made to the person in charge of maintaining the registry. Contact information is found in section 2 of this document.

  Right to prohibit use
</h3>

<p>
Persons added to the registry have a right to prohibit the registry holder from using any collected information for the purpose of direct advertising and other direct marketing, market research and polls.
</p>

<h2>
THE PRINCIPLES OF DATA PROTECTION AND STORAGE
</h2>

<p>
The register is located on a secure server. Access to the registry is protected with usernames, passwords, firewalls and other technical and administrative security measures.
