Portuguese WordLinks diacritic/text display bug

In v.2.16

1. The Portuguese WordLinks csv file needs to be updated so that the Notes (all columns) are also in Portuguese. That csv file can be accessed from the StoryProducer.website Tech Page or here
2. The Portuguese diacritics (letters) from the WordLinks csv database are not displaying properly in the SPadv UI. See screenshots.
   
   

Brazil users are eager to have the WordLinks feature working properly. Please create a new version for the Play Store when this issue is attended to. Thank you!
