Information about command arguments

There should be 2 ways to know about what arguments program supposed to run with (IMHO)

• --help, where executable prints help message and usually exits
• There should be a section in documentation

Adding links to exact lines of arguments for anyone who wants to work on it:

• Server
• Bonus: rpcclient

You can already run -help on both the client and server (note that it is -help, not --help). Documentation on the website should be added though, I agree. I'll work on this when I get some time to.
