Feature description

Like termux/termux-api/issues/22 I am looking for a real-time solution not a while true loop.

Reference implementation

Have you checked if the feature is accessible through the Android API? No, I have not checked.
Do you know of other open-source apps that has a similar feature as the one you want? (Provide links)

I suspect BURG3R5/NotiFilter to proceed in real-time.
