Publish app as a snap on Snapcraft

It's not an ergent issue, but rather the one to consider may be in the future. Thanks for the app. 😄

@EmilyGraceSeville7cf I've tried packaging for snap. Building LocalTranslate takes good amount of memory since the libraries are quite heavy. Snapcraft takes a containerized approach to package apps and there is a bug in snapcraft which limits the container's memory to 2GB and CPUs to 2 cores (see canonical/craft-providers#212).

While we could potentially use a flag to allocate all resources to the process, this solution seems to work only on Ubuntu.
Since neither @shriramters nor I (Arch btw) use Ubuntu, it's difficult for us to package a snap right now.

I will however keep this issue open for sometime.
