Rate limitting

Right now, it hits the rate limits really quickly. I don't think there are any good solutions to this, but one thing that could be done is to add some kind of random jitter to the rate limit for requests to AboutAccountQuery and load twits visually right when they are checked, rather than when they are loaded

as of now, all searches are saved into an indexdb and queries only made when its a 'new' user being checked.
over time it should get better and better, and we try to rate limit as well.
need to figure out a better rate limit - all help is useful!

What if there was a toggle for a manual query mode? Indiscriminate scanning hits the limit too quickly, but maybe adding a button/option to scan each account individually would help

with a shared db we could eventually have every user checked and no more requests needed 🤭
