write documentation for `circuits`

we are currently lacking strong documentation across PVSS. We should take occasion while moving things and refactoring to explictly write necessary docs. This task should be perpetual while working on the others and, if at any stage we get chance to document even more stuff, we definitely should.

Also, @0xjei. Can we add docs to https://github.com/gnosisguild/enclave/tree/main/agent/flow-trace to give more context to llms about PV-TRBFV? Should we do that in this issue?

I am not sure about that, this depends on what kind of terminology @zahrajavar is using on the paper more than anything else. Also, @YounesTal1 is working on adjust the article wording & terms these days so, might end up feeding an LLM with all the context (paper + article) to get a quick rename across the whole repository. TL;DR let's wait for them to be done & iterate over these changes I made so far.
