Add proofs verified onchain to existing events

Proofs posted by the aggregator should be available offchain through events so that nodes can check themselves if their shares are part of the pub inputs.

Any mechanism to allow nodes to signal their shares are missing, and thus to cancel that aggregation will be implemented later on.
