It would be great if we could make these more discoverable by including them in the plugin manager. There's two options for doing that.
The first and easiest requires less work from you but doesn't let people install the plugins directly via the plugin manager. We can add the plugin as a view-only-plugin (similar to how native plugins are currently handled) which would let people see the whole repo in the plugin manager to help with search and discoverability.
The second would be more work but would basically require each plugin to be split into its own repo so that they could each go through their own release process.
