Feat: new release

Hi! Couldn't find any information on releasing new versions or a cadence, but was wondering when to expect a new release? I found some of the new features in the readme aren't available in the latest version (namely https://github.com/thlorenz/doctoc?tab=readme-ov-file#pad-table-of-contents-title) and am interested in trying them out in our repo

Releases occur ad-hoc and my intention was to release once #316, #328 & #329 are merged
